Page Industries Limited

On May 15, 2025, the Board of Directors at Page Industries declared the 4th Interim Dividend for the financial year 2024–25. The dividend amount is ₹200 per equity share. The company has already announced that the record date for this dividend is May 21, 2025. Eligible shareholders will receive the dividend on or before June 13, 2025. This is one of the highest dividend declarations among the companies listed.

JSW Energy Ltd

JSW Energy has recommended a final dividend of ₹2 per equity share. The face value of each share is ₹10, which means this dividend amounts to 20% of the face value. This dividend will be presented for shareholder approval during the company’s 31st Annual General Meeting. Once approved, the dividend will be distributed to eligible shareholders within 30 days from the date of declaration at the AGM.

Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited

Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals has proposed a dividend of ₹3 per fully paid-up equity share. The face value of each share is ₹2. This dividend is for the financial year ending March 31, 2025. The dividend is subject to approval by the shareholders at the upcoming AGM. If the shareholders approve the recommendation, the dividend will be paid within 30 days of the AGM. However, the company has also stated that the payment will not be made later than Friday, August 8, 2025.

Datamatics Global Services Ltd

Datamatics Global Services has recommended a final dividend of ₹5 per equity share for the FY ended March 31, 2025. Each share has a face value of ₹5. This dividend is also subject to shareholder approval. Once approved, the payment will be made to eligible shareholders as per the applicable timelines.

Endurance Technologies Ltd

Endurance Technologies has recommended a dividend of ₹10 per equity share for the financial year 2024–25. The face value of each share is ₹10, which means the company is offering a 100% dividend based on the face value. This recommendation will be placed before the shareholders at the AGM for approval, and once approved, the payment will be made accordingly.
