Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited's Board of Directors has declared and approved an interim dividend of ₹27 per equity share of ₹1 each for the financial year ending March 31, 2025.
The Board has declared a second interim dividend of ₹27 per equity share (face value ₹1 each) for FY 2024-25. This dividend will be paid starting June 16, 2025, to shareholders whose names appear in the Company’s Register of Members as on the record date, May 28, 2025.
For the financial year ended March 31, 2025, Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited reported net sales of ₹5,999 crore, marking an increase from ₹5,644 crore in the previous year. The company’s domestic net sales grew by 5.6% year-on-year. However, for the fourth quarter, net sales stood at ₹1,452 crore, slightly lower than ₹1,481 crore recorded in the same period last year.
Net profit after tax for FY25 rose by 8.5% year-on-year to ₹1,437 crore, compared to ₹1,324 crore in FY24. For Q4, the net profit was ₹355 crore, down from ₹380 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
On May 26, 2025, Colgate-Palmolive (India) share price (NSE: COLPAL) opened at ₹2,489.90 and closed at ₹2,510.40, up by 1.25%. The stock price touched its day’s high at ₹2,514.00.
