BL Kashyap and Sons Ltd. has received a new order worth ₹157.26 crore (excluding GST) from Manyata Promoters Private Limited. The contract is for civil and structural work related to a commercial office building located at Embassy Manyata Business Park.
The project involves constructing a commercial office building and is expected to be completed within 16 months. The company received the Letter of Intent (LOI) for this work on July 18, 2025. It falls under the domestic order category and does not involve any related party.
The company has clarified that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in the entity awarding the contract. There are also no related-party transactions involved in this deal.
For the quarter ending March 31, 2025, BL Kashyap reported consolidated revenue of ₹297.35 crore. This marks an 18.6% increase from ₹250.75 crore in the previous quarter. However, the revenue was lower compared to ₹348.78 crore in Q4 FY24.
The company posted a net loss of ₹3.26 crore for Q4 FY25, down from a profit of ₹23.66 crore in the same period last year. Operating profit for the quarter stood at ₹15.70 crore, with a margin of 5.34%, lower than ₹30.31 crore reported in Q4 FY24.
Despite the quarterly loss, BL Kashyap ended FY25 with an order book worth over ₹3,000 crore. This indicates ongoing project activity and a pipeline of future work.

As of 9:30 AM on July 21, 2025, B L Kashyap and Sons share price was trading at ₹69.64, a 2% increase, and has declined 7.48% over the past six months and 32.11% over the past year.
The new Embassy Manyata contract is part of BL Kashyap’s active projects. Execution is expected to be completed in about 16 months.
