Bharti Hexacom Limited's Board of Directors has approved and declared a final dividend of ₹10 per equity share of face value of ₹5 for FY 2024-25.
The company’s Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹10 per fully paid-up equity share of face value ₹5 each for FY 2024–25, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The company stated that the dividend will be paid, after applicable tax deductions, within 30 days of the AGM to eligible members whose names appear in the register of members or depository records as of the record date, Friday, July 25, 2025.
For the year ended March 31, 2025, the company reported revenues of ₹8,548 crore, reflecting a 20.6% year-on-year growth on a comparable basis. The strong performance was supported by improved operational efficiency, with EBITDA standing at ₹4,372 crore and the EBITDA margin rising to 51.1%, an increase of 191 basis points compared to the previous year.
Net income before exceptional items for the year stood at ₹1,190 crore, while after accounting for exceptional items, the net income rose to ₹1,494 crore.
On July 24, 2025, Bharti Hexacom share price (NSE: BHARTIHEXA) opened at ₹1,814.00 and closed at ₹1,822.00, up by 0.42%. The stock price touched its day’s high at ₹1,836.40.

Bharti Hexacom is a communications solutions provider that delivers consumer mobile services, fixed-line telephone, and broadband connectivity across the Rajasthan and North East telecom circles in India. The North East circle covers the states of Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, and Tripura. The company operates under the ‘Airtel’ brand, catering to a wide customer base in these regions.
The company’s last dividend was of ₹4 with a record date of August 16, 2024. Shareholders must hold shares in a valid demat account as of the record date to be eligible for the current dividend.
