On December 4, 2024, Bharti Airtel Ltd (NSE: BHARTIARTL) awarded Ericsson a multi-year, multi-billion-dollar extension deal for 4G and 5G RAN products and solutions. Under this agreement, Ericsson will deploy centralised RAN and Open RAN-ready solutions to support network transformation, enabling wider coverage and enhanced capacity. Additionally, Ericsson will upgrade the software of its deployed 4G radios, further improving the customer experience.

On December 4, 2024, Bharti Airtel shares opened at ₹1,625.05 and touched the day low of ₹1,585.10 at 12:20 PM.
