Belrise Industries IPO is set to open for subscription on May 21, 2025, and closes on May 23, 2025. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on Monday, May 26, 2025, and the shares are likely to be listed on the BSE and NSE with a tentative listing date of Wednesday, May 28, 2025.
Belrise Industries IPO is a bookbuilding of ₹2,150.00 crores. The issue is entirely a fresh issue of 23.89 crore shares. The price band for the IPO has been set at ₹85 to ₹90 per share. Retail investors can apply for a minimum lot size of 166 shares, which translates to a minimum investment of ₹14,110 at the lower end of the price band.
The IPO is being managed by a consortium of prominent book-running lead managers, including Axis Capital Limited, HSBC Securities & Capital Markets (India) Pvt. Ltd., Jefferies India Private Limited, and SBI Capital Markets Limited. The issue's registrar is Link Intime India Private Limited.
The net proceeds from the Belrise Industries IPO will be primarily used for the repayment or prepayment of certain outstanding borrowings of the company, amounting to approximately ₹16,181.27 million. The remaining funds will be allocated for general corporate purposes, supporting the company’s future growth initiatives and strengthening its balance sheet.
