Bajaj Finance Q4FY25 Operational Highlights

As of March 31, 2025, the Company reported robust growth across key financial and operational metrics. Assets Under Management (AUM) rose by 26% year-on-year to ₹416,661 crore, compared to ₹330,615 crore as of March 31, 2024, with new business lines contributing 3% to this growth. In Q4 FY25 alone, AUM increased by ₹18,618 crore. The Company also demonstrated strong lending momentum, booking 10.70 million new loans in Q4 FY25, a 36% increase over 7.87 million loans in Q4 FY24.

The customer franchise expanded significantly, adding 4.70 million customers during the quarter and 18.18 million over the full fiscal year, taking the total customer base to 101.82 million. Of these, 64.45 million were cross-sell customers. The Company continued to deepen its geographic footprint, adding 4 new locations and 7,500 new distribution points in Q4, bringing the total to 4,263 locations and over 232,000 active distribution points. The Gold Loan and Microfinance (MFI) segments also saw focused expansion, with 137 standalone Gold Loan branches and 30 standalone MFI branches added in Q4, taking the totals to 964 and 333 branches, respectively.
