Bengaluru-based Axiscades Technologies Ltd, on June 19, 2025, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Aldoria, a French space surveillance company, as per the exchange filing. The announcement was made at the Paris Air Show.
The collaboration is focused on supporting India’s space sector with technical capacity in space surveillance and situational awareness (SSA).
The MoU outlines plans to evaluate joint opportunities for system alignment and data sharing in SSA. Both companies will explore the development of scalable software and integration frameworks aimed at improving space object tracking, orbital monitoring, and collision avoidance.
The partnership includes plans to share select SSA insights and technical knowledge. This is intended to support evolving requirements in India’s space sector.
The 2 companies had been in discussions with the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) and the ISRO Telemetry, Tracking and Command Network (ISTRAC) over the past 5 months. These conversations helped shape the scope of the partnership and its technical direction.

Axiscades Technologies operates in the defence, aerospace, and software sectors. It has more than 3,200 employees across 17 locations globally, including offices in the US, UK, France, Germany, Canada, and China. The company works in areas such as electronic warfare, radar systems, drones, and homeland security technologies.
Aldoria, established in 2017 and based in France, focuses on space safety and security. It designs and operates a proprietary network of optical sensors and telescopes used to monitor objects in orbit. As of January 2025, the company had 15 telescopes in operation across six locations. Aldoria also provides data services, including collision alerts and orbit tracking for both civil and military clients.
As of 09:28 AM on June 20, 2025, Axiscades Technologies share price was trading at ₹1,440, a 2.19% increase. The stock has increased 140.54% over the past 6 months and 141.90% over the past year.
The collaboration is building systems to support India’s ability to track and manage its space assets. The next steps will involve technical alignment and potential development of joint surveillance tools.
