On July 11, 2025, Atul shares will trade ex-date, meaning that the shareholders registered in the company’s books will be eligible for the ₹25 final dividend.
Atul Ltd said in an exchange filing, “The Board of Directors of the Company proposed dividend of ₹ 25/- (Rupees twenty five only) per equity share for the year ended March 31, 2025 which is subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General meeting (AGM) to be held on July 25, 2025. After the approval by the members at the AGM, date for payment of dividend will be on or after July 30, 2025.”

The Pharmaceuticals and Aromatics division includes a range of products such as active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and intermediates, which are used in various therapeutic areas including antidepressants, antidiabetics, anti-infectives, antifungals, and cardiovascular treatments. Notable APIs include Acyclovir, Dapsone, and Fluconazole, while intermediates like carbonates and chloroformates are also key components. In FY 2024-25, this segment achieved a 14% increase in sales, rising from ₹556 crore to ₹633 crore. International sales saw a particularly strong growth of 28%.
Within this division, the Aromatics-II sub-segment, which supplies the Fragrance and Personal Care sectors, reported a 14% increase in sales. Major products include para Cresol and para Anisic aldehyde. Sales grew steadily both in India and overseas, supported by a global fragrance market expected to reach US$ 18 billion by 2025.
