On July 24, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) conducted raids at several properties in Mumbai connected to Anil Ambani in relation to a money laundering investigation. Despite this, Reliance Power and Reliance Infrastructure clarified that the ED’s actions will have no impact on their financial position or day-to-day business activities.
In separate filings, both companies clarified:
Reliance Infrastructure highlighted that Anil Ambani is not a board member, and therefore, the ED actions against RCom or RHFL have no effect on its governance or business.

The stock opened and hit a low at ₹56.78, while the intraday high was ₹58.27. The company has a market capitalisation of ₹23,490 crore, a price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of 7.39, and does not currently offer a dividend yield. Over the past 52 weeks, RPOWER has touched a high of ₹76.49 and a low of ₹28.25.
As of July 25 at 9:23 AM IST, Reliance Infrastructure share price (NSE: RELINFRA) is trading at ₹341.85, down 5% or ₹18.00 for the day. The stock opened, hit its high, and touched its low at the same price of ₹341.85. The company has a market capitalisation of ₹13,950 crore and a price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of 2.83. It currently does not offer a dividend yield. Over the past 52 weeks, RELINFRA has reached a high of ₹423.40 and a low of ₹179.25.
While the ED continues to investigate older financial dealings related to Anil Ambani’s group, Reliance Power and Reliance Infra have stated clearly that their current business and finances remain unaffected. However, investor sentiment took a hit, as seen in the sharp stock drop. The case remains under scrutiny and could evolve further.
