Anand Rathi Wealth Limited has reported financial results for the first quarter of FY26 (April–June 2025).
For Q1 FY26, the company posted a consolidated net profit of ₹94 crores, up 28% year-on-year (YoY) from ₹73.4 crores in Q1 FY25. Total revenue stood at ₹284.3 crores, reflecting a 16% YoY increase over ₹245.4 crores in the same quarter last year. Profit before tax also grew by 28% YoY to ₹126.3 crores.
Anand Rathi Wealth's Assets Under Management (AUM) reached ₹87,797 crores, a significant 27% YoY growth compared to ₹69,018 crores in Q1 FY25. Notably, the company recorded its highest-ever quarterly net inflows of ₹3,825 crores.
The Mutual Fund Distribution Revenue rose 27% YoY to ₹113 crores. The equity mutual fund segment maintained a consistent 54% share in the overall AUM. The company also delivered a Return on Equity (ROE) of 44.4% (annualised).
Commenting on the results and the industry landscape, the management said, “The first quarter saw a sharp rebound in equity markets, with the Nifty advancing 8.5% and the Nifty 500 rising 10.7%, propelled by renewed domestic buying and moderating FII outflows. India’s GDP is expected to grow by 6.6% in FY26, driven by strong domestic demand, government-led capital expenditure, and a robust financial sector.”
They further added, “This growth is likely to further increase the number of HNIs and UHNIs, creating significant opportunities for the wealth management industry. Given this potential and the strong business, we have built, we are confident of achieving our guidance.”
On July 11, 2025, Anand Rathi Wealth share price opened at ₹2,188.00, up from its previous close of ₹2,119.90. At 9:25 AM, the share price of Anand Rathi Wealth was trading at ₹2,242.40, up by 5.78% on the NSE.
