Afcons Infrastructure Limited’s Board of Directors has declared and approved a final dividend of ₹2.50 per equity share for the financial year 2024-2025.
The company’s Board of Directors recommended a dividend of ₹2.50 per equity share (25%) for the financial year 2024-25. The company has set Friday, July 18, 2025, as the Record Date to determine the eligibility of members entitled to receive the proposed dividend, subject to approval at the 49th Annual General Meeting.
If approved, the dividend will be paid on or after Wednesday, July 30, 2025.
In Q4 FY25, the company reported a total income of ₹3,387 crore, down from ₹3,809 crore in Q4 FY24. For the full year FY25, total income stood at ₹13,023 crore, showing a decline compared to ₹13,647 crore in FY24. The EBITDA for the quarter came in at ₹415 crore, lower than the ₹482 crore posted in the same quarter last year.
However, on a full-year basis, EBITDA rose by 5% YoY to ₹1,662 crore, with the EBITDA margin improving to 12.8%, up from 11.6% in FY24. Profit after tax (PAT) for Q4 FY25 stood at ₹111 crore, down from ₹145 crore in Q4 FY24. For the entire year, PAT increased by 8.2% year-on-year to ₹487 crore, indicating improved operational efficiency despite lower revenue.
On July 17, 2025, Afcons Infrastructure share price (NSE: AFCONS) opened at ₹419.50, touching the day’s high at ₹422.35, as of 9:16 AM on the NSE.

Investors holding Afcons Infrastructure shares as of the record date will be eligible for the final dividend of ₹2.50 per share.
