Aditya Birla Real Estate Limited's Board of Directors has declared and approved a dividend of ₹2 per equity share of face value ₹10 each.
The company’s Board of Directors, at its meeting held on May 14, 2025, recommended a dividend of ₹2 per equity share of face value ₹10 each (i.e., 20%), subject to approval by shareholders at the 128th Annual General Meeting. If approved, the dividend will be paid on or after Friday, August 1, 2025.
The record date has been fixed as Tuesday, July 15, 2025.
For the quarter ended March 2025 (Q4 FY25), the consolidated net sales of the company stood at ₹395 crore, reflecting a sharp decline of 51% from ₹814 crore in Q4 FY24. The company reported a negative EBITDA of ₹18 crore for Q4 FY25, a significant drop from the ₹209 crore positive EBITDA in the same quarter last year, indicating increased operational challenges. The net loss widened to ₹127 crore in Q4 FY25 from a profit of ₹144 crore in Q4 FY24, showcasing a major deterioration in the company’s bottom line.
For the full financial year FY25, however, consolidated net sales rose by 11% to ₹1,219 crore compared to ₹1,101 crore in FY24. Despite the revenue growth, the EBITDA dropped sharply by 80% to ₹55 crore in FY25 from ₹269 crore in the previous year, indicating margin pressure. The company also swung to a net loss of ₹149 crore in FY25 from a net profit of ₹128 crore in FY24, reflecting a substantial decline in profitability on a yearly basis.
On July 11, 2025, Aditya Birla Real Estate share price (NSE: ABREL) opened at ₹2,190.10 and closed at ₹2,200.10, up by 0.28%. The stock price touched its day’s high at ₹2,226.40.

The company's last dividend declaration was a dividend of ₹5 per share, with a record date of July 11, 2024. With the newly approved dividend, shareholders can anticipate continued returns.
