Adani group stocks are in the spotlight as Adani Enterprises, Adani Ports, Adani Total Gas, ACC Ltd, and Ambuja Cements are trading ex-dividend today, June 13. This means anyone buying shares from today onwards won’t be eligible for the declared dividend.

These companies had set June 13 as the record date to finalise the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends for the financial year 2024–2025. In line with the T+1 settlement rule, shares had to be purchased on or before June 12 to qualify.

  • Adani Total Gas

Declared a ₹0.25 dividend per share (face value Re 1). The payment, once approved, will be made on or after June 26, post-tax deduction at source.

Recommended a ₹7.50 dividend per share of ₹10 face value, also awaiting AGM approval.

  • Ambuja Cements

Announced a ₹2 dividend per share, on fully paid-up shares of ₹2 each, contingent on shareholder approval.
