Groww Mutual Fund has launched the Groww Multi Asset Allocation Fund, an open-ended scheme. The New Fund Offer(NFO) opened on September 10, 2025, and will close on September 24, 2025. Investors can start with a minimum of ₹500 during the NFO and add further amounts in multiples of ₹1. An exit load of 1% will apply if redeemed within 30 days, while redemptions after 30 days will have no exit load.

Fund Objective

The scheme’s objective is to achieve long-term capital growth by investing across multiple asset classes. These include equity and equity-related instruments, debt and money market instruments, commodities, and units of REITs and InvITs. The focus is on creating a diversified portfolio to balance risk and return over time.

Investment Approach

The fund will use a structured framework called SHAASTRA for asset allocation. This approach combines macroeconomic indicators, fundamental analysis, and market data to decide allocations. The fund will also use derivative instruments, mainly for hedging or balancing the portfolio, in line with SEBI and RBI guidelines.

Risk Management Measures

The fund will diversify equity exposure across sectors, evaluate credit and interest rate risks in debt, and limit derivative use to hedging. Liquidity will be managed through staggered maturities and selective liquid instruments. Settlement of trades will be done through centralised systems like CCIL.
