3B Films Share Price Drops 7% on Listing Day

3B Films share price listed on BSE SME at ₹48.50, below its issue price of ₹50. By 10:20 AM, the stock dropped to ₹46.08, down 7.84% from the issue price.

3B Films IPO opened for subscription on May 30, 2025, and closed on June 3, 2025. 

3B Films' IPO is a fixed price issue worth ₹33.75 crore, comprising a fresh issue of 35.52 lakh shares totaling ₹17.76 crore and an offer for sale of 31.98 lakh shares amounting to ₹15.99 crore. The price was ₹50 per share.

On Day 3 of subscription, June 3, as of 6:19 PM, 3B Films IPO was subscribed 1.80 times. NIIs subscribed 0.85x, and retail investors subscribed 2.75x.

The share allotment was finalised on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, and the shares were listed on BSE SME on June 6, 2025.

3B Films Share Price

On the listing day, on the BSE, 3B Films share price opened at ₹48.50, slightly down from its issue price of ₹50.00. At 10:20 AM, the share price was trading at ₹46.08, down by 7.84% from its issue price and down by 4.99% from its opening price. As of the same time, the stock touched its day’s low at ₹46.08. The company’s market cap was ₹114.15 crore.

Conclusion

Despite a moderate listing, 3B Films made a cautious debut on the BSE SME. Investor response suggests tepid post-listing sentiment for the stock.
