In a remarkable display of high-end real estate demand, Trump Residences in Gurugram Sector 69 has sold out on its launch day, registering bookings worth ₹3,250 crore. This marks the second Trump-branded residential venture in the Delhi-NCR region, and once again, the brand has drawn immediate interest from India’s affluent buyers.

An Overview of the Project

Jointly developed by Tribeca Developers, the licensed Indian partner of the Trump Organisation, and Smartworld Developers, the Trump Residences project consists of two 51-storey towers housing 298 ultra-luxury residences. Each home is priced between ₹8 crore and ₹15 crore, with total area coverage of 1.2 million square feet.

Penthouses and Pricing Peak

Among the highlights of the development were its four ultra-premium penthouses, each valued at a staggering ₹125 crore. According to the developers, all four units were also allotted on launch day, further underscoring the premium placed on branded real estate offerings in India’s luxury market.

Timeline and Investment Footprint

The construction of the towers is expected to be completed within five years. The project involves a total estimated investment of ₹1,200 crore. Despite the scale and price point, the swift absorption indicates that there remains a robust appetite for branded luxury properties, particularly in emerging urban hotspots like Gurugram.

Legacy of Trump-Branded Developments in India

This project follows the earlier success of Trump Towers Delhi NCR, launched in 2018, which is also located in Gurugram and now set for delivery. That venture, too, saw high demand and full sell-out, reinforcing the Trump brand’s position in India’s luxury residential segment.

Conclusion

The success of Trump Residences in Gurugram reflects a larger trend—the growing popularity of branded residential developments among India’s elite. Combining global names with local execution, such projects offer a blend of prestige, exclusivity, and curated lifestyle experiences that continue to attract high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and ultra-HNIs alike.
