  • Assistive Technology Support: Employees can receive reimbursements for essential assistive devices, enhancing their productivity. Reimbursement is based on recommendations from specialists.
  • Extended Medical Coverage: For employees with children with disabilities, their dependents’ coverage under the family floater health insurance continues regardless of age.
  • Additional Care Leave: Employees with disabilities can take additional leave beyond their regular leave entitlement to recover from illness or medical needs.
