Brigade Signed Agreement to Develop IHG Hotel in Hyderabad

On April 25, 2024, Brigade Group, through an exchange filing, announced that it had signed a management agreement with IHG Hotels & Resorts, a global hospitality company to debut the InterContinental brand in Telangana − InterContinental Hyderabad Neopolis. InterContinental Hyderabad Neopolis is likely to open in 2029, and this newly constructed hotel is expected to be an integral part of Brigade’s upcoming mixed-use development.

The 300-room InterContinental Hyderabad Neopolis is scheduled to feature five dining options when it opens, including two specialised restaurants, a lobby lounge and a signature restaurant. In addition, a retail store, a spa, a swimming pool, a fitness centre, and conference spaces are all suggested amenities for the hotel. It is suggested that the hotel have eight conference rooms, including a large ballroom, to accommodate MICE demands and big social functions.
