Bharti Airtel Expands Network to Leh and Ladakh

Airtel’s network footprint now contains more than 40 zones within Ladakh. This ensures that both residents and travellers can enjoy reliable connectivity throughout their journeys. This expansion aligns with Airtel’s commitment to providing seamless connectivity in India’s picturesque regions of Leh and Ladakh, which are enjoyed by thousands of travellers.

The company stated that after ramping up the telecom infrastructure in the Zanskar Valley, they introduced their ultra-fast Airtel 5G service in select areas of Leh, setting a new benchmark for connectivity standards in the region. Main tourist destinations in Leh, such as Tangstae, Durbook, Hall of Fame, Pengong Lake, Sangam (Indus and Zanskar River), Magnetic Hill, Turtok and Diskit, are now provided with Airtel’s state-of-the-art infrastructure. This offers travellers outstanding access to high-speed internet amidst breathtaking landscapes.

Also, a strong network presence of Airtel at other tourist destinations like Gurdwara Pathar Sahib, Chang-LaPass, Moon Land, Lamayuru Monastery, Khardung-La-Pass, Alchi & Likir Monastery, Hunder and more can make travellers enjoy with social buzz.
