Gold Loan provider Manappuram Finance Limited has set May 15, 2025, as the record date for its interim dividend for FY25. On May 09, 2025, Manappuram Finance has declared an interim dividend of ₹0.50. The company further stated that the interim dividend will be paid within the statutory timelines.

Manappuram Finance Record Date: What Does This Mean for Shareholders?

As Manappuram Finance has set May 15 as the record date for its interim dividend, meaning that May 14, marks the last day to buy Manappuram Finance shares to become eligible for the interim dividend. Further, any shares bought on or after May 15 (record date), won't be eligible for the interim dividend.

Manappuram Finance Q4FY25 Earnings Overview

Manappuram Finance Ltd reported a standalone Profit After Tax (before OCI) of ₹414.3 crore for the fourth quarter of FY25, marking a slight year-on-year decline of 3.3% from ₹428.3 crore in Q4 FY24. Despite this minor quarterly dip, the company delivered a strong performance for the full fiscal year, with PAT (before OCI) rising to ₹1,783.3 crore in FY25 — a 7.6% increase from ₹1,657.8 crore in FY24.

On a consolidated basis, the company’s income from operations for FY25 stood at ₹10,041 crore, up 13.5% from ₹8,848 crore in the previous year, reflecting consistent growth in core business activities. However, income from operations in Q4 FY25 saw a marginal year-on-year decrease of 0.5%, coming in at ₹2,360 crore compared to ₹2,348 crore in Q4 FY24.
