Akzo Nobel India reported a sharp jump in Q2 net profit to ₹1,682 crore from ₹97 crore a year earlier, largely driven by a one-time exceptional gain of ₹1,874 crore. Revenue, however, declined 15% YoY to ₹835 crore.
Bajaj Housing Finance Ltd subsidiary delivered a steady quarter, with net profit up 18% YoY to ₹643 crore and revenue rising 17.4% to ₹2,614 crore. Asset quality remained stable, though provisions increased to ₹50 crore from ₹5 crore a year earlier.
Crompton Greaves reported a 43% YoY decline in Q2 net profit to ₹71 crore, while revenue edged up 1% to ₹1,915 crore.
Aster DM posted a 13.6% YoY increase in net profit to ₹110 crore, supported by a 10.2% rise in revenue to ₹1,197 crore.
Cummins India delivered a strong Q2 FY26 performance, with net profit surging 41.3% YoY to ₹637 crore. Revenue climbed 27.2% YoY to ₹3,170 crore, driven by robust demand across both domestic and export segments.
