
LTIMindtree Ltd has signed a multi-year contract worth over $100 million with a US-based company that manufactures chemicals and polymers. The agreement was disclosed in a regulatory filing on October 27, 2025.
As part of the deal, LTIMindtree will handle a range of IT services, including the management of business applications, infrastructure operations, end-user support, software asset governance, and project implementation. The services will include the use of artificial intelligence (AI), automation, and process optimisation to improve system performance and reliability.
The engagement focuses on cost control, vendor consolidation, and improving the client’s overall IT efficiency. It also includes ongoing support for innovation and the introduction of digital tools to modernise operations. The deal is expected to help the client integrate its systems and standardise technology across multiple business units.
As per the exchange filings, LTIMindtree said the contract reinforces its presence in the chemicals and energy sector. Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Venu Lambu said, “This win reinforces LTIMindtree’s position as a trusted transformation partner focused on AI-centric growth in the chemicals and energy sector. As of October 28, 2025, 09:16 AM, LTIMindtree share price was trading at ₹5,626, a 0.25% decline from the previous closing price.
The new contract adds to LTIMindtree’s list of large international agreements and expands its presence in the US chemicals sector.
