Infosys Limited has declared an interim dividend of ₹23 per share along with its Q2 FY26 results. The IT major announced that October 27, 2025, will be the record date for determining eligible shareholders, while the dividend payout will be made on November 7, 2025.
In an exchange filing, Infosys confirmed that the Board of Directors approved the dividend during their meeting held on October 15–16, 2025.
Infosys has distributed ₹43 per share in dividend over the past 12 months. Earlier in May 2025, the company had declared a final dividend of ₹22 per share, with a record date of May 30. Based on the current market price, Infosys’ dividend yield stands at 2.92%.
Since May 2002, Infosys has declared 49 dividend, reflecting its strong shareholder return policy.
For the June–September quarter (Q2 FY26), Infosys reported a 13.2% year-on-year rise in net profit to ₹7,364 crore, up from ₹6,506 crore a year earlier. The company’s revenue grew 8.6% YoY to ₹44,490 crore, compared to ₹40,986 crore in the previous year. In constant currency terms, revenue growth was 2.9% YoY.
Infosys’ operating margin stood at 21%, slightly down 0.1% YoY but higher by 0.2% quarter-on-quarter. The total contract value of large deal wins came in at $3.1 billion, with 67% being net new deals.
Infosys also announced a share buyback worth ₹18,000 crore, marking a 9.5% increase in the interim dividend compared to last fiscal.
The company approved the transfer of 90% shareholding in Infosys Consulting S.R.L., Argentina, to its subsidiary Infosys Nova Holdings LLC. Additionally, it plans to set up a wholly-owned subsidiary in Egypt under Infosys Singapore Pte Ltd.

The stock opened at ₹1,454.90, hitting a high of ₹1,458.40 and a low of ₹1,440.10 during the day. Infosys has a market capitalisation of ₹5.98 lakh crore and a P/E ratio of 21.95, with a dividend yield of 2.98%. Over the past 52 weeks, the stock has recorded a high of ₹2,006.45 and a low of ₹1,307.00. The company has declared a quarterly dividend of ₹10.74 per share.
