Godrej Properties Receives RERA Approval for Godrej Trilogy Phase 1 in Worli, Mumbai

On October 27, 2025, Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) announced that it had received RERA approval for Phase 1 of its premium residential project, Godrej Trilogy, located in Worli, Mumbai. The project promises to redefine luxury living in one of the city’s most sought-after neighbourhoods.

Godrej Trilogy Receives MahaRERA Approval

Godrej Properties has obtained the project registration certificate from the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) for Phase 1 of Godrej Trilogy. The first phase includes 2 towers - Seaturf and Seafront, spanning approximately 11,00,000 sq. ft. of saleable area. This milestone marks a key step towards launching the project in the current quarter.

The entire development, situated on a 2.63-acre land parcel, is expected to generate a gross revenue potential exceeding ₹10,000 crore. Strategically positioned off Dr. Annie Besant Road and adjoining the Mahalaxmi Racecourse, the project offers unobstructed views of the Racecourse and the Arabian Sea, creating a blend of elegance and exclusivity.
