Dr. Lal PathLabs Board to Consider Bonus Issue and Interim Dividend: Record Date Yet to Be Announced

On October 31, 2025, Dr. Lal PathLabs shares are in focus; however, they remained largely unchanged amid volatile market movements, as investors awaited the company’s financial results for the September quarter.

Along with its quarterly earnings, the company’s board of directors is set to discuss the issuance of its first-ever bonus shares for its shareholders

In addition to the proposed bonus, the board will also deliberate on declaring an interim dividend. Dr. Lal PathLabs, while never having considered a bonus issue or stock split before, has maintained a consistent track record of dividend payouts. Since July 2016, the company has distributed a total of nearly ₹126 per share in dividends, including ₹24 per share since November last year.

The record date for both the bonus issue and the interim dividend will be announced in due course.

The company has over 1.05 lakh retail shareholders, defined as those holding shares worth up to ₹2 lakh, collectively owning a meaningful stake in the firm. The promoter shareholding remains steady at 53.21%.
