The appointment follows the resignation of CS Shilpi Biswas from these positions.
CS Rupali Ghosh is a qualified Company Secretary and Commerce graduate. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds a law degree. Her expertise spans statutory and regulatory compliance, corporate filings, SEBI regulations, and financial management.
The appointment was formalised during a Board meeting held at the company’s registered office on October 31, 2025. The meeting commenced at 11:00 AM and concluded at 11:30 AM, reflecting swift decision-making to ensure continuity in governance and compliance functions.
Bajaj Global Limited has scheduled a Board meeting on November 4, 2025, to consider and approve unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. The meeting will also review the Limited Review Report for the same period.
In compliance with SEBI regulations, the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives has been closed since October 1, 2025. It will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results.
