Hero MotoCorp Ltd has reported its highest-ever Revenue from Operations and Profit After Tax (PAT) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.

Post the announcement, on May 14, 2025, Hero MotoCorp share price opened at ₹4,070.00, down from its previous close of ₹4,063.60. At 9:38 AM, the share price of Hero MotoCorp was trading at ₹4,041.60, down by 0.54% on the NSE.

FY25 Financial Performance

In FY25, Hero MotoCorp reported a Revenue from Operations of ₹40,756 crore, a 9% increase compared to the previous year. The PAT for the year stood at ₹4,610 crore, registering a solid 16% YoY growth. The EBITDA margin improved to 14.4%, reflecting a 40 bps gain, primarily driven by a favourable product mix, enhanced cost efficiencies, and softening commodity prices.

The company sold 58.99 lakh units of motorcycles and scooters during the year.

Q4 FY25 Highlights

During the January–March 2025 quarter, Hero MotoCorp clocked a Revenue from Operations of ₹9,939 crore, up 4% compared to ₹9,519 crore in the same quarter last year. The PAT for Q4 stood at ₹1,081 crore, marking a 6% growth YoY.

Key operational metrics for Q4 FY25:

  • Volume: 13.81 lakh units
  • EBITDA: ₹1,416 crore, up 4% YoY
  • Profit Before Tax (PBT): ₹1,442 crore, up 7% YoY

Consolidated Performance

On a consolidated basis, Revenue stood at ₹40,923 crore, an 8% increase over FY24. The consolidated PAT reached ₹4,376 crore, growing 17% YoY. For Q4, consolidated revenue was ₹9,970 crore with a PAT of ₹1,169 crore, representing a strong 24% YoY increase.

Dividend Declaration

The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹65 per equity share, adding to the ₹100 interim dividend declared earlier. This brings the total dividend for FY25 to ₹165 per share, indicating a substantial 8,250% payout ratio, rewarding shareholders for the company’s record performance.
