SEPC Limited has announced that it has been awarded five orders from M/s. Bajaj Energy Private Limited for Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services of power plants located in Uttar Pradesh. These orders cover the 2 x 45 MW power plants situated at Barkhera Kalan, Maqsoodpur, Khambarkhera, Utraula, and Kundarki.

Order Details and Execution Timeline

The total value of the contract is ₹18 crore (₹180,000,000). Each of the five orders pertains to providing O&M services for a duration of 12 months. Bajaj Energy has given SEPC Limited the confirmation to commence the work starting May 14, 2025.

Domestic Contract for Power Plant Services

This contract has been awarded by a domestic entity, Bajaj Energy Private Limited, highlighting SEPC Limited’s strong presence in the Indian power sector. The nature of the contract specifically involves the comprehensive operation and maintenance of multiple power generation plants, ensuring their efficient and uninterrupted functioning.

SEPC Share Price Performance

On May 15, 2025, SEPC share price opened at ₹15.26, almost the same its previous close of ₹15.09. At 11:34 AM, the share price of SEPC was trading at ₹15.39, down by 1.99% on the NSE. Notably, the share price touched its 52-week low recently at ₹11.87 on April 7, 2025.
