EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹162.99 crore, showing a growth of 117.23% compared to ₹75.03 crore in September 2024. Correspondingly, earnings per share (EPS) increased to ₹11.23 from ₹5.14 in the previous year. These results indicate steady growth across the company’s core operations and improved profitability for the quarter.
On October 15, 2025, as of 11:11 AM, Waaree Renewable shares were trading at ₹1,186.00, down ₹72.40 (-5.75%) from the previous close of ₹1,258.40. The stock opened at ₹1,264.00 and recorded a day’s high of ₹1,264.00 and a low of ₹1,176.10, with a VWAP of ₹1,202.85. The decline reflects short-term profit booking after the stock had gained close to 19% over the past four sessions.
