Waaree Renewable Technologies shares fell 6% on October 15, 2025, ending a four-day gaining streak. The stock had risen nearly 19% in the previous four sessions on the back of profit booking.

The decline comes after the company reported Q2 FY26 standalone results showing growth in net sales, net profit, EBITDA, and earnings per share compared to the same period last year.

Waaree Renewable Q2 FY26 Performance

For the quarter ending September 2025, Waaree Renewable Technologies reported net sales of ₹774.72 crore, an increase of 47.73% from ₹524.42 crore in September 2024. The company’s net profit rose to ₹117.00 crore, up 118.37% from ₹53.58 crore in the same period last year.

EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹162.99 crore, showing a growth of 117.23% compared to ₹75.03 crore in September 2024. Correspondingly, earnings per share (EPS) increased to ₹11.23 from ₹5.14 in the previous year. These results indicate steady growth across the company’s core operations and improved profitability for the quarter.

Share Price Performance

On October 15, 2025, as of 11:11 AM, Waaree Renewable shares were trading at ₹1,186.00, down ₹72.40 (-5.75%) from the previous close of ₹1,258.40. The stock opened at ₹1,264.00 and recorded a day’s high of ₹1,264.00 and a low of ₹1,176.10, with a VWAP of ₹1,202.85. The decline reflects short-term profit booking after the stock had gained close to 19% over the past four sessions.
