Gaudium IVF and Women Health, a leading fertility and IVF solutions provider, has re-submitted its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), signaling renewed intent to go public. Bigshare Services has been appointed as the registrar to the offer, and Sarthi Capital Advisors will act as the sole book-running lead manager.
The revised offer includes a fresh issue of up to 11.39 million equity shares and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 9.49 million shares by promoter Dr. Manika Khanna.
As per the DRHP, ₹50 crore from the net proceeds of the fresh issue will be allocated toward capital expenditure for establishing 19 new IVF centres across India. Another ₹20 crore is earmarked for repayment or prepayment of existing debt, while the remaining funds will be utilised for general corporate purposes.
Founded in 2015, Gaudium IVF has emerged as a prominent player in India’s reproductive healthcare landscape. The company operates under a Hub-and-Spoke model, boasting a network of over 30 facilities nationwide, including 7 hub centres and 28 spokes. It has developed a strong pan-India presence with flagship centres in major cities such as Delhi, Mumbai (Maharashtra), Ludhiana (Punjab), Srinagar (J&K), Patna (Bihar), and Bangalore (Karnataka).
Catering to both domestic and international patients, Gaudium serves individuals from countries including Canada, the UK, the US, Kenya, South Africa, and Oman. Gaudium offers a full spectrum of fertility and reproductive health services. These include advanced treatments such as In Vitro Fertilisation (IVF), Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI), Intrauterine Insemination (IUI), and ovulation induction.
