
Suraj Estate Developers share price (NSE: SURAJEST) rallied nearly 14%, reaching an intraday high of ₹318.3 per share on the BSE after the company announced its Q2 FY26 results. At 2:28 PM, the stock traded at ₹301.8, up 9.54%, even as the BSE Sensex fell 0.66%. The company’s market capitalisation stood at ₹1,441.8 crore, with a 52-week range between ₹265.05 and ₹737 per share.
In Q2 FY25, Suraj Estate Developers posted a consolidated net profit of ₹33.1 crore, a 4% increase from ₹31.8 crore in the same quarter last year.
Rahul Thomas, Whole-Time Director, said the company’s strong quarterly performance was driven by new project launches and consistent operational momentum. Projects like Suraj Aureva (Prabhadevi) and Suraj Parkview 1 (Dadar West) saw strong demand, leading to an 89% rise in pre-sales value to ₹153 crore and a 111% jump in sales area to 34,875 sq. ft.
He added that the company’s focus on execution, strategic expansion, and quality design will help sustain growth and create long-term value for stakeholders.
Founded in 1986, Suraj Estate Developers Ltd focuses on residential and commercial real estate in South-Central Mumbai, including Mahim, Dadar, Prabhadevi, and Parel. The company operates primarily in value-luxury and luxury segments and is expanding into the Bandra sub-market. Its expertise lies in the redevelopment of tenanted properties in prime city locations.
