Tata Steel

Tata Steel has infused ₹4,054.66 crore into its overseas subsidiary, T Steel Holdings Pte. Ltd (TSHP). The infusion was made through the acquisition of 457.7 crore shares, with TSHP continuing as a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Steel.

Adani Energy Solutions

Adani Energy Solutions announced that its corporate headquarters and all operational sites have been awarded the 'Zero-Waste-to-Landfill' (ZWL) certification. The certification was granted by Intertek, a global leader in quality assurance, marking a significant achievement for Adani Energy Solutions in sustainability practices.

Glenmark Pharma

Glenmark Pharma, through its subsidiary, has entered into an exclusive licensing agreement with Hengrui Pharma. The collaboration focuses on Trastuzumab Rezetecan, a next-generation HER2-targeted antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), further expanding Glenmark Pharma’s oncology portfolio.

Tata Motors

Tata Motors, via its subsidiary Jaguar Land Rover Automotive Plc, is reportedly working on settling overdue payments to suppliers. According to a Bloomberg report, this move is aimed at easing the crisis caused by a cyberattack that disrupted production at Jaguar Land Rover’s factories.

Waaree Energies

Waaree Energies Limited, a leading Indian solar module manufacturer, has infused ₹300 crore into its subsidiary, Waaree Energy Storage Solutions Private Limited (WESSPL). The capital infusion by Waaree Energies aims to strengthen its energy storage solutions business.

Newgen Software

Newgen Software wins €4.22 million contract from TCS Belgium and ₹21.24 crore order from Kshema General Insurance for software solutions and services.

Piramal Enterprises

Piramal Enterprises announced that it has received approval from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) for its merger with Piramal Finance. Following the merger, Anand Piramal will assume the role of chairman of Piramal Finance, while Ajay and Swati Piramal will continue to lead the Piramal Group.
