SMS Lifesciences India Limited (NSE: SMSLIFE) has confirmed the record date for its final dividend for the financial year 2024-25. The Board of Directors recommended a dividend of ₹1.50 per equity share, which is subject to shareholder approval at the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The 19th AGM is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025.

Record Date and Ex-Date Details

The company has fixed Wednesday, September 24, 2025, as the record date to determine the eligibility of shareholders entitled to receive the dividend and participate in the voting at the AGM. The corresponding ex-dividend date has been set as September 24, 2025. Shareholders holding shares as of the record date will be eligible for the payout once approved.

Dividend Payment Timeline

Once shareholders approve the dividend during the AGM, the company will initiate the payout process. As per regulatory guidelines, the dividend will be paid within 30 days of the AGM approval. The payment will be made directly to the shareholders’ registered bank accounts, after deduction of applicable tax at source (TDS).
