
Pricol Ltd reported a 42.2% year-on-year rise in net profit for Q2FY26, reaching ₹64 crore, compared with ₹45 crore in the same quarter last year. Earnings per share also increased 41.89% to ₹5.25.
The company’s revenue from operations grew sharply by 50.6%, touching ₹1,006 crore, up from ₹668 crore in Q2FY25. This strong momentum reflects higher demand and improved operational performance.
EBITDA for the quarter increased 53.1% to ₹117.4 crore, compared with ₹76.7 crore last year. The EBITDA margin was 11.6%, slightly higher than 11.5% in the same quarter last year.
For the first half of FY26:
This steady improvement reflects strong demand across product lines.
The board announced an interim dividend of ₹2 per share (200% of face value).
The record date to determine eligible shareholders is November 14, 2025.
Managing Director Vikram Mohan said the company’s strong performance shows its commitment to operational excellence. He added that Pricol is well-prepared to handle changing market conditions through diversification and advanced technology.

Pricol share price (NSE: PRICOLLTD) was trading at ₹529.15, up 2.19%, as of 10:37 am on November 7. The share opened at ₹551 and moved between a high of ₹570 and a low of ₹522.20 during the session. The company currently has a market capitalisation of ₹6.45 crore, with a P/E ratio of 37.65. Pricol’s 52-week range shows a high of ₹598.80 and a low of ₹367.85. The company is also scheduled to hold its Q2 earnings call at 4:00 pm IST.
Pricol delivered a solid Q2 with significant growth in profit, revenue, and operational efficiency. With a ₹2 interim dividend and strong H1 performance, the company continues to strengthen its position in the automotive components market.
