NBCC (India) Ltd has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Australia-based Goldfields Commercials PTY Ltd for developing real estate and infrastructure projects in Australia.

The announcement was made through a regulatory filing dated November 6, 2025. The MoU was signed virtually between both companies.

Focus Areas

As per the filing, the agreement covers the identification, development, and execution of projects in sectors such as real estate, housing, infrastructure, and redevelopment.

Both parties plan to explore mutual areas of interest and work together on joint development, project management, and housing construction.

Next Steps

NBCC stated that project-specific MoUs or agreements will be signed separately as and when projects are finalised.

These will be based on mutually agreed terms and conditions. The current MoU outlines a framework for potential cooperation rather than a binding project commitment.
