Coal India Limited (CIL) has announced its second interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26. The Board of Directors, in its recent meeting, approved a dividend of ₹10.25 per equity share on the face value of ₹10 each. The decision was based on the recommendation of the company’s Audit Committee.

The record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for this dividend has been fixed as Tuesday, November 4, 2025. Eligible shareholders can expect the dividend payout by November 28, 2025.

Dividend History for FY 2025-26

Coal India has maintained a consistent dividend distribution pattern in the ongoing fiscal year. Prior to this announcement, the company declared an interim dividend of ₹5.50 in August 2025 and another interim dividend of ₹5.60 in January 2025. Additionally, a final dividend of ₹5.15 was paid in August 2025. With this latest declaration of ₹10.25 per share, Coal India continues its track record of rewarding shareholders regularly.
