Studds Accessories Limited, a leading Indian manufacturer of two-wheeler helmets and accessories, has reported financial performance for FY25, just ahead of its upcoming initial public offering (IPO).
The ₹455.49 crore book-built issue will open tomorrow, on October 30, 2025, and close on November 3, 2025. Studds Accessories IPO is entirely an offer for sale (OFS) of 0.78 crore shares, priced between ₹557 and ₹585 per share. The allotment is expected to be finalised on November 4, with tentative listing on BSE and NSE scheduled for November 7, 2025.
For the quarter ended June 30, 2025, Studds Accessories reported revenue from operations of ₹1,491.83 million and a net profit of ₹202.46 million. Total income during the period stood at ₹1,520.11 million, and net worth rose to ₹4,697.68 million. Basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) were ₹5.14.
On an annual basis, the company has shown consistent growth. For FY25, net profit stood at ₹696.41 million, compared to ₹572.26 million in FY24. Revenue from operations increased to ₹5,838.16 million in FY25 from ₹5,290.23 million in FY24. The net asset value (NAV) per share improved to ₹114.22 in FY25 from ₹98.44 in FY24, reflecting steady value creation for shareholders.
