The Board of Directors on April 29, 2025, announced a series of corporate actions, subject to shareholders’ approval. These include a stock split, reducing the face value of equity shares from ₹2 to ₹1, and the issuance of bonus shares in the ratio of 4:1—4 fully paid bonus equity shares for every 1 fully paid equity share held. Additionally, the Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹44 per equity share (of ₹2 face value), representing a 2200% payout for FY25. Bajaj Finance witnessed a strong quarter marked by robust performance across key metrics, including volumes, AUM, operating expenses, and credit costs in Q4FY25. Profit Before Tax (PBT), excluding the additional Expected Credit Loss (ECL) provision related to the annual model redevelopment, rose by 18%. Both Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) remained stable.
The company delivered AUM growth of ₹18,618 crore, taking the total to ₹416,661 crore, while booking 10.70 million new loans and adding 4.70 million new customers. The overall customer franchise expanded to 101.82 million. The Bajaj Finserv App continued to see strong traction, with 70.57 million net users. Meanwhile, the FINAI transformation initiative is progressing well, reflecting the company’s ongoing focus on digital innovation and operational excellence.
