The company was originally incorporated at Surat in Gujarat as 'Euro India Fresh Foods Private Limited', a Private Limited Company. Under the provisions of the companies Act, 1956 vide certificate of incorporation dated August 13, 2009. Subsequently the company was converted into public company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at the extraordinary general meeting of the company held on August 19, 2016 and the name of the company was changed to 'Euro India Fresh Foods Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated September 07, 2016, was issued by the Registrar of companies. The company is engaged mainly into manufacturing and marketing of snack foods, namkeen and beverages etc. During the year 2014 the company has received an ISO 22000:2005 certification and also in the year 2015 the company has became the fastest growing Indian company and achieve the 7th International excellent award in Summit Thailand.
