Titagarh Rail Systems Limited has announced that its 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for FY 2024-25 will be held on September 15, 2025. The meeting will take place through video conferencing and e-voting facilities, with record date and book closure details also finalised.
The 28th AGM of Titagarh Rail Systems Limited will be held on Monday, September 15, 2025, at 11:30 AM. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) in line with the circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI.
The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from September 9, 2025, to September 15, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM.
The company has fixed Monday, September 8, 2025, as the cut-off date for determining shareholder eligibility for remote e-voting and as the record date for dividend payment, subject to shareholder approval.
To facilitate shareholder participation, the company has engaged NSDL to provide electronic voting. Remote e-voting will open at 9:00 AM on Thursday, September 11, 2025, and close at 5:00 PM on Sunday, September 14, 2025. Shareholders can cast votes electronically on all resolutions before or during the AGM.
