IDBI Bank Limited's Board of Directors has declared and approved a dividend of ₹2.10 per equity share of face value ₹10 each for the financial year ending March 31, 2025.
The Board of Directors of the Bank has recommended a dividend of ₹2.10 per equity share of face value ₹10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
The bank stated that the dividend will be paid or dispatched after receiving approval from shareholders at the upcoming 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank.
To determine the eligible shareholders for this dividend, the record date has been fixed as July 15, 2025, subject to approval at the AGM.
For the financial year 2024–25 (FY25), the Bank reported a strong performance with a net profit of ₹7,515 crore, registering a robust year-on-year (YoY) growth of 33%. The operating profit also saw healthy expansion, reaching ₹11,079 crore, reflecting a 16% YoY increase. The Net Interest Margin (NIM) remained stable at 4.56%, while the cost of deposits stood at 4.68%, indicating efficient fund management and profitability.
Asset quality also showed marked improvement during the year. The Gross Non-Performing Assets (GNPA) ratio declined to 2.98%, showing a significant YoY reduction of 155 basis points (bps). Meanwhile, the Net NPA came down to 0.15%, with a YoY reduction of 19 bps.
On July 11, 2025, IDBI Bank share price (NSE: IDBI) opened at ₹99.99 and closed at ₹98.86, down by 1.04%. The stock price touched its day’s low at ₹98.58.
