As per the company’s regulatory filing under SEBI (LODR) Regulation 30, HUDCO sanctioned loans worth ₹33,904 crore in Q1 FY26, against the total annual loan sanction target of ₹1,27,952 crore for FY26.
More notably, loan disbursements during the same period stood at ₹12,812 crore (provisional), reflecting a strong 54% quarter-on-quarter growth compared to ₹8,278 crore disbursed in Q4 FY25. These numbers remain subject to audit.
On July 9, 2025, shares of Housing & Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) traded with a slight positive bias, quoting at ₹229.49, up 0.14% from the previous close of ₹229.17.
