Bajaj Finserv AMC’s flagship Flexi Cap Fund has completed 2 years since its launch in August 2023, marking a significant growth journey. The fund has crossed an assets under management (AUM) milestone of ₹5,410.04 crore as of August 31, 2025.

Built on the theme of investing in megatrends shaping India’s future economy, the fund has positioned itself as one of the fastest-growing offerings within Bajaj Finserv AMC’s portfolio.

Robust Growth And Diversified Portfolio

In just 2 years, the fund has expanded across 2,52,388 folios, underscoring investor confidence. Its portfolio consists of 81 stocks, selected with a forward-looking approach. Allocations span large-cap, mid-cap, and small-cap companies, ensuring agility across market segments.

The fund’s sectoral exposure includes banking, financial services, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, electrical equipment, industrial products, retail, consumer durables, IT software, real estate, and beverages, creating a well-balanced yet opportunity-driven mix.

Performance Highlights and Investment Philosophy

Since its inception, the fund has delivered a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 19.19% under its regular plan and 20.91% under its direct plan, as of August 31, 2025. Benchmarked against the BSE 500 TRI, the fund has successfully captured opportunities across evolving megatrends.

As per the news reports, Ganesh Mohan, Managing Director, Bajaj Finserv AMC, noted: “The flexicap fund was our flagship equity fund that we launched with a differentiated megatrend theme. At the 2-year anniversary of the fund, I am happy to see the way the fund has grown and performed.”

Strategic Vision And Future Outlook

The fund is designed with Bajaj Finserv AMC’s INQUBE philosophy, combining an Information edge, a Quantitative edge, and a Behavioural edge for sharper stock selection.

As per the news reports, Nimesh Chandan, CIO of Bajaj Finserv AMC, said: “Bajaj Finserv Flexi Cap Fund is a true-to-label Flexi Cap Fund that invests in businesses that benefit from long-term megatrends. Rather than simply ‘going with the flow,’ the fund focuses on ‘anticipating the flow’ by investing in companies aligned with future profit pools.”
