Panasonic Energy India Company Limited (NSE: LAKHNNATNL) has announced a dividend of 94.20%, amounting to ₹9.42 per equity share of ₹10 each, for the financial year 2024-25.

Record Date and AGM

The company has fixed Wednesday, September 17, 2025, as the record date to determine eligible shareholders. The final approval will be sought at the 53rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Wednesday, September 24, 2025.

Upon shareholder approval, the dividend will be disbursed within 30 days of the AGM, in line with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.

Dividend History of Panasonic Energy India Company

Panasonic Energy India Company has maintained a steady record of rewarding its shareholders with dividends over the years.

Earlier, the company declared a final dividend of ₹8.85 per share for FY 2023-24, with the ex-date on 18 July 2024 and book closure from 19 July to 25 July 2024. In FY 2021-22, it announced a final dividend of ₹7.50 per share, with the ex-date on 20 July 2022 and book closure between 22 July and 28 July 2022.

Prior to that, in FY 2020-21, shareholders received a dividend of ₹8.00 per share, with the ex-date on 14 September 2021 and book closure from 16 September to 22 September 2021. For FY 2019-20, the company paid a final dividend of ₹4.00 per share, with the ex-date on 7 September 2020 and book closure from 9 September to 15 September 2020.
