Asian Paints has announced an interim dividend of ₹4.50 per equity share of face value ₹1 for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. Shareholders must own the stock by the record date, which falls on Tuesday, November 18, 2025. The company will distribute the dividend on or after Thursday, November 27, 2025.

Asian Paints continues its consistent dividend-paying tradition with the latest interim dividend. Eligible shareholders will receive ₹4.50 per share based on their holdings as per the record date.
