The price band for the Tata Capital IPO was set at a price band of ₹310 to ₹326 per share. The lot size is 46 shares, with a minimum retail investment of ₹14,996 based on the upper price band.
As of October 8, 2025, 5:04:39 PM (Day 3), the Tata Capital IPO was subscribed 1.96 times overall. The issue received 1.10 times subscription in the retail category, 3.42 times in the QIB (excluding anchor investors), and 1.98 times in the NII category.
