
Studds Accessories, India’s leading two-wheeler helmet manufacturer, is set to debut on the stock exchanges on November 7, 2025.
The company’s ₹455.49 crore IPO received an overwhelming response from investors, being subscribed 73.25 times, signalling strong confidence in the brand’s market leadership and long-term growth outlook.
The initial public offering (IPO) of Studds Accessories garnered bids for 39.92 crore shares against 54.50 lakh shares available, as per data from the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) category was the most enthusiastic, subscribing 159.99 times, followed by Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) at 76.99 times and Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) at 22.09 times.
The ₹455.49 crore IPO was a complete offer for sale (OFS) of 7,786,120 equity shares by existing promoters and shareholders. The price band for the issue was fixed between ₹557 and ₹585 per share, with a lot size of 25 shares.
As no fresh equity was issued, the IPO proceeds will go directly to the selling shareholders.
Studds Accessories Ltd is India’s largest two-wheeler helmet manufacturer by revenue for FY 2023–24 and also led the segment by volume in calendar year 2024.
With over five decades of experience, Studds designs, manufactures and markets helmets and a wide range of motorcycle accessories, including rain suits, gloves, luggage, riding jackets, eyewear, and helmet locks.
Operating under two key brands ‘Studds’ and ‘SMK’ the company has established a strong domestic and international presence, driven by its focus on innovation, safety standards, and product quality.
