The much-awaited LG Electronics India IPO is gearing up for its market debut. The LG IPO listing date is set for October 14, 2025, on both the BSE and NSE.
The bidding for the issue took place between October 7 and October 9, 2025, while the allotment was finalised on October 10, 2025. Refunds and credit of shares to demat accounts are scheduled for today, October 13, 2025.
The IPO is a book-built issue worth ₹11,607.01 crore, entirely an offer for sale (OFS) of 10.18 crore shares.
The price band has been fixed at ₹1,140 per share, with a lot size of 13 shares, making the minimum investment for retail investors ₹14,820. For sNII investors, the minimum application size is 14 lots (182 shares) worth ₹2,07,480, and for bNII, it is 68 lots (884 shares) worth ₹10,07,760.
LG Electronics India Limited, incorporated in 1997, is a leading manufacturer and distributor of home appliances and consumer electronics (excluding mobile phones). The company caters to both B2C and B2B markets in India and abroad. Its product portfolio includes televisions, washing machines, air conditioners, refrigerators, and kitchen appliances. LG India also provides installation, repair, and maintenance services for its wide range of products.
The LG Electronics IPO was subscribed 54.02 times overall by the end of the 3rd day of bidding on October 9, 2025, at 5:04 PM. The issue saw investor participation across all categories, with the retail portion subscribed 3.55 times, the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) segment 166.51 times (excluding anchor investors), and the Non-Institutional Investors (NII) category 22.44 times.
