Elcid Investments, known as one of India’s most expensive stocks, has declared the record date for its dividend payment. The company announced that Wednesday, July 23, 2025, will be the record date to determine which shareholders are eligible to receive the dividend for FY2024–25.

During its March quarter results, Elcid declared a final dividend of ₹25 per share with a face value of ₹10 each. This marks the third consecutive year the company has paid ₹25 per share to its shareholders.

Elcid Investments Share Price Fell Sharply from Record Highs

The company’s stock has seen extreme volatility in recent months. After relisting on October 29, 2024, Elcid’s shares skyrocketed by over 66 lakh percent because of a special call auction mechanism introduced by BSE to help price discovery for investment holding companies.

This caused the stock to jump to ₹236,250 per share and later to an all-time high of ₹316,597. Since then, the price has dropped sharply by about 56%, and currently trades around ₹140,299 per share.
